Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n<p>Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Perishable Goods:<\/strong> This includes live plants, flowers, and certain biological materials.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Products:<\/strong> Special orders or personalized items are final sale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sale Items &amp; Gift Cards:<\/strong> Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note to Growers:<\/strong> Given the biological nature of seeds, if a vacuum-sealed or professional sachet has been opened, the item may no longer be eligible for return due to the risk of moisture contamination and germination degradation.<\/p>\n<h2>5. European Union 14-Day &#8220;Cooling Off&#8221; Period<\/h2>\n<p>Notwithstanding our 21-day policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within <strong>14 days<\/strong>, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements (unused, original packaging) apply.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>The fastest way to ensure you get the variety or product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.<\/p>\n<h2>7.
