As the name suggest, Biclour Shiso is a mix of Green and Red Shiso, often the front of the leaf is green while the back and stems are vibrant red or purple in colour giving a two-toned effect. Bicolour Shiso is visually stunning, the flavour is a mix of basil, mint, cinnamon and anise. The nutritional profile is comparable to Green and Red Shiso.
